THE CASA MER FOUNDATION PROMOTES AND DISSEMINATES THE ACTIVITIES OF CASA MER BY FOSTERING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE SURROUNDING ENVIRONMENT AND DISSEMINATING THE PRESENT AND PAST OF THE COLLECTION.

The benefactors are a key part in the maintenance and dissemination of Casa MER’s heritage and in the promotion of activities that generate important and lasting links between the institution and its surroundings. Among the main benefactors that we aim to incorporat into the project are the Ministry of Culture and the City Hall of Segovia. That is connected to their commitment to the remodeling and maintain the Church of San Pedro de los Picos. This venue shall serve as a museum space, which will be an important asset of the Casa MER project.

Thanks to the support of the benefactors, it is planned to activate the collection with new stories. All this aiming to become a leading reference of contemporary art and collecting. New benefactors are also invited to continue supporting Casa MER’s mission.

Through partnerships with sponsors, Casa MER is able to give visibility to exhibitions and activities that address specific themes from new curatorial perspectives.

Sponsors are decisive in the exploration of different aspects and perspectives of the concept of Humanimalism, which permeates the entire collection, with the ability to expand and create bridges for the conception of an even more interdisciplinary vision of Casa MER.
